Victory Martial Arts teaches traditional Chung Do Kwon, Tae Kwon Do, in a family-friendly environment.  It began as a small club, Family Tae Kwon Do, meeting at the Pritchard Community Center from 2006 to 2007.  The current facility was purchased in 2007 and extensively remodeled in 2008.  Parents may enroll and work out with their children, watch from a viewing area, or simply drop off and pick up their children.  No annual contracts are required and a one-time registration fee covers the whole household.  Students progress at their own pace through promotional tests offered at least quarterly.  A black belt can be achieved in approximately 3 years of continuous effort.  Our students train for a variety of purposes ranging from weight loss/fitness, family recreation, to tournament competition.   The ITF system of forms are taught and tested, with exposure to other sets of forms.
The school is owned by Mr. J.D. Shipp, 4th Dan, who trains in association with Master Dennis Wiley, 6th Dan, of Bardstown, Kentucky.  Mr. Shipp is working to become a certified instructor of self-defense using  the walking cane.
