Tae Kwon Do is the most widely practiced traditional martial art and is an Olympic event.  Train with us and take your art anywhere.  Just ask our newest black belt who transferred from North Pole Tae Kwon Do in Alaska and hasn’t missed a beat.  Our ITF forms are the same she learned coming up through the ranks. Whether you train for competition, weight loss/control, family time, or to develop discipline, our goal is to help you reach your goal.  For our competitors, we are training for and making arrangements to compete in the US Open in Orlando, Florida in mid-July.  Smaller events along the way are scheduled to build experience.  For everyone else, come enjoy our family-friendly classes and find encouragement to reach your goals.
